Workshop Theme: "Shaping the Future of Learning: Improving Performance and Program Design"
More than 25 years have passed since the inception
of our accredited training programs. While the initial focus was on implementing the systematic approach to
training, over the past few years strong focus has been given to both human performance and training to improve
performance. Now we're adding a new generation of workers to our workforce.
We're
proud to have, for the MANTG Instructor Workshop, the theme of "Improving Performance and Program Design"
