Prior to our current Initial License class we distributed Theory lesson plans along with self- paced quizzes. Each student reviewed material and took the quizzes at their own pace with little or no training dept. involvement. We found the results to be very beneficial. Student performance was much improved, training took less time than in previous classes, and GEFES results were very good. Student feedback indicates pre-study was a significant contributor to their success.
