At InWork Technologies, we have developed interactive electronic procedures which have been approved for use at the nuclear weapons assembly plant in Amarillo, Texas. These procedures link to multiple databases such as training qual/cert records, and they were created using lessons learned from three years of personnel-related occurrence reports. We have engineered controls into the procedures to eliminate over 95% of human errors, and our touchscreen procedures have demonstrated a 61% improvement in productivity at the Pantex weapons plant. You can build your own procedures using our VISN Creator Module, which also features the ability to insert video or annimation clips, which have a tremendous training value. The procedures can be hooked to regulatory databases, safety bases document databasess, licensing requirements databases, or you name it. Immediate training feedback can be provided. The software provides an auto-archiving feature which provides the potential for automatic real-time performance metric development. Our program is written in Delphi, but it can be bridged to any other software. Let me know if you are interested! Jim
