The same issue as everyone else - how do you know the individual taking the exam is the right person. We are looking at providing GET requal to employees over the intranet using WBT with an ASP driven exam bank. The employee would be logged in by an administrator, which could be their supervisor, take the test, get it scored and record the results in Training Server.
As for contractrs... we have a limited amount of computers in one classroom. We will probably still provide classroom for those folks.
